With her blonde locks pulled up into a bun, the TV star looked grim as she headed to practice in West Hollywood on Wednesday.
The RHOBH the star ditched her designer clothes and opted for a Nike jacket over black leggings and sneakers.
She was, however, carrying a yellow Chanel handbag.
Recently, Erika came under fire for a $ 25 million lawsuit in the bankruptcy case of her ex-husband Tom Girardi.
The XXPEN $ IVE singer was prosecuted for allegedly knowing his 82-year-old wife ex law firm paid his expenses for the past 12 years.
According to legal documents, obtained first by Page 6, the trustee in the bankruptcy case wants Erika to reimburse the company.
The lawsuit comes after Erika was accused of using her company, EJ Global, to spend the company over $ 25 million.
She would have used the money to pay his American Express bill, glam team and other expenses.

The lawsuit said, “She tries to distinguish between handing over her money directly and paying all of her bills directly.
“The distinction, like his previous request for reconsideration, is without merit. Any payment made to him is his responsibility.
The trustee said Erika’s claims that she was unaware of Tom’s wrongdoing were no excuse, arguing that “it would be a miscarriage of justice if [she] was allowed to simply walk without owing more than $ 25,000,000 to the estate.

“Erika signed all of her tax returns, numerous credit card statements and was well aware of the money she was spending on the debtor’s credit cards and the payment of her personal expenses by the debtor,” said alleged the trustee.
“His feigned willful blindness and ostrich approach to these expenses will do absolutely nothing to limit his liability.”
The trustee also said that “glam cannot be backed by a sham”.
Tom’s law firm is now estimated to be over $ 101 million in debt.
Tom was recently struck off the bar, losing his right to practice law after being declared bankrupt, owing millions in debt and his property being auctioned for the purpose of raising funds.
