She was seen picking up a delivery outside her home on the day of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premiere.

Erika, 50, looked dramatically different than normal in new photos obtained by The Sun.
The Bravo star – currently in the midst of a $50million lawsuit – walked to the front door of her home, leaning down to receive a delivery of flowers, her blonde hair down and seemingly without makeup.
She wore a baggy gray sweatshirt and black leggings against her pale, slightly puffy complexion.
The disgraced Real Housewives longtimer then subtly closed the door and returned.
A second delivery then also seemed to arrive; Erika waved while physically at a 90 degree angle to this delivery guy.
Erika’s sleek appearance came after a crazy Season 12 trailer and a shock interview about his “mixture of alcohol and pills” ahead of the May 11 premiere.

“I MIXED ALCOHOL AND DRUGS”
“Well, listen, I’ve been very open and honest. I mixed alcohol and antidepressants, which I had no idea would make you so drunk and it does,†Erika said. We Weekly May 10 in its bomb.
“I don’t have a problem and a lesson learned and we continue. I mean, are you going to see a time where, you know, you’re probably like, ‘Is that Erika?’ And the answer is yes. I mean, it was me.

“At that time, it was really difficult because there were times when I didn’t want to get out of bed – more than times, there were days…”, she added.
“And let’s be honest, you know, you sit at these parties and some of these women are pretty boring.
“So you have a drink [and then] you have another drink. And then you say, ‘Where am I?'”
“So, you know, it’s not that I drank a lot. It’s just that I drank while I was on medication,” she said.

Erika was referring to the aforementioned trailer for the show’s new season from April.
As she stood next to Lisa Rinna, 58, a drunk Erika said, “Oops!” before collapsing to the ground.
In the next scene, Erika needed her purple glasses to cover her eyes as she looked hungover, saying, “Oh my god! I’m so turned on!”
Lisa knowingly warned her, “You take antidepressants or you drink. You can’t do both.”
Erika then got involved in shouting matches, shouting, in part, “I don’t care about anyone but me!”
One fan sternly commented on the teased scene, “She’s disgusting and her 15 minutes are up!”

REAL LEGAL PROBLEM
The new season also comes as the RHOBH star found himself in the middle of a $50 million racketeering lawsuit.
In the court documents obtained by Radarlaw firm Edelson PC sued the TV star, his company EJ Global LLC, law firm Girardi & Keese and its lenders.
Edelson PC accused Erika of acting as “the leader of the operation, selling to the whole world [including unsuspecting clients] that Girardi Keese succeeded.”
The TV personality is accused of involvement in her since-barred ex Tom Girardi’s alleged ‘racketeering scheme’.
The law firm also claimed that Erika “posted a nationwide showroom of the money they stole on Real Housewives.”
The lawsuit will use his past social media posts to support his claims.
This latest wave of legal trouble comes after the RHOBH star was accused of knowing his “lavish lifestyle” was funded by Tom’s schemes.
The 50-year-old star and his company EJ Global, LLC were named in a $2.1 million lawsuit, which was filed in February 2021.
The lawsuit called Erika and claimed she ‘aiding and abetting’ her former partner in alleged financial wrongdoing at her law firm Girardi & Keese.
The “Roller Coaster” singer has filed for divorce from Tom in November 2020.
